When immigrants Attila and Jana move to a remote Australian town under a government initiative to populate secluded regions, they feel fortunate. Despite having to toil on a wind farm in a desolate area, they find solace in each other’s company and soon start a family. However, their challenges extend beyond dealing with narrow-minded locals, isolation, grueling work, and immigration authorities. As unsettling events start affecting the town’s animals and residents, the couple’s concerns grow. With tensions rising and fear taking hold, Attila and Jana begin to question whether the Turbines are merely bystanders or if they are involved in something far more sinister.
