The Reckoning

When a detective is tasked with probing the roadside murder of his colleague, he finds a data card from a video camera at the scene. This card holds recordings made by two runaway teens documenting the drug-related demise of their sibling. As the detective follows the path taken by the teenagers, he starts to unravel a series of deaths that trace back to the police headquarters.
