The Fjällbacka Murders: The Coast Rider

Jessica, a young coast guard and diver, discovers the bodies of two scuba divers following a storm. She suspects foul play, contrary to her superiors’ belief that it was an accident, and enlists the help of her childhood friend, Patrik. Patrik and Erica, who are en route to a romantic getaway, decide to stop in the picturesque village of Kungshamn. They quickly become entangled in the unfolding mystery. Erica, concealing her true identity as the wife of a police officer, is invited to join the local museum association. During her first meeting, the association’s chairman is found murdered. With three deaths now under official investigation, it becomes apparent that the victims shared a common interest in the wreckage of a ship from the 1820s. Could someone have finally discovered it? What was the ship’s cargo, and what led to its sinking?
