Sam and Jess have been inseparable best friends for as long as they can remember, each playing a vital role in the other’s life. However, when Jess starts dating Landon, an attractive newcomer from out of state, Sam worries that she might be losing her place in Jess’s life. The situation becomes even more complicated when a large corporation, which employs Landon, poses a threat to the cherished small-town lifestyle in Vermont.
