Wonderland

“Wonderland” is a brief and contentious television drama from ABC, directed by Peter Berg, that aired in 2000. The series explored the everyday experiences within a mental institution, offering viewpoints from both the medical staff and the patients. During its initial broadcast in 2000, only two episodes were shown on ABC. However, DirecTV later aired all eight episodes on The 101 Network beginning January 14, 2009.

The show sparked debate due to its provocative take on the mental health crisis and its treatment methods.

In 2013, TV Guide recognized “Wonderland” in their list of 60 shows that were “Cancelled Too Soon.”
