The Good Guys

In the 1970s, Dan Stark and Frank Savage were celebrated detectives in Dallas, earning national acclaim for rescuing the Governor’s son. Fast forward thirty years, and Dan Stark is now a washed-up detective, often found drunk and reminiscing about his past achievements. His new partner, Jack Bailey, is a diligent and rule-abiding detective with a sharp tongue that sometimes gets him into trouble. This tendency has landed Jack in a dead-end role within the department, where he is relegated to handling minor theft cases that no one else wants. To make matters worse, he is also tasked with looking after Dan, the inebriated outcast who struggles to maintain partnerships.
