The Challenge

Each Challenge brings together a variety of participants from previous seasons of Real World and Road Rules, with the exception of the Fresh Meat Challenge, which features newcomers who have never been on either show. These participants are split into two distinct teams based on various factors, such as gender, the show they originally appeared on, or their status as veterans or newcomers to the series. The teams then engage in a series of missions to earn rewards and progress in the competition.
