Tales of the City

After two decades away, Mary Ann comes back to modern-day San Francisco, reuniting with her daughter and ex-husband, whom she left to chase her professional dreams. Escaping the midlife turmoil brought on by her seemingly ideal life in Connecticut, Mary Ann soon finds herself once again connected to Anna Madrigal, her surrogate family, and a new wave of young queer individuals residing at 28 Barbary Lane.
