Squidbillies

“Squidbillies” is an animated TV series that follows the Cuylers, a destitute family of anthropomorphic mud squids residing in the mountainous Appalachian region of Georgia. This show is a production of Williams Street Studios and airs on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim block, having first premiered on October 16, 2005. The series is penned by Dave Willis, known for co-creating “Aqua Teen Hunger Force,” and Jim Fortier, who previously worked on “The Brak Show.” Both writers have contributed to the Adult Swim series “Space Ghost Coast to Coast.” The animation is crafted by Awesome Incorporated, with Ben Prisk responsible for the background design.
