Iron Man: Armored Adventures

“Iron Man: Armored Adventures” is a 3D CGI animated series inspired by the Marvel Comics superhero Iron Man. It premiered in the United States on Nicktoons on April 24, 2009, and has also started broadcasting on Canada’s Teletoon network. The show aired on Nickelodeon from July 4, 2009, to September 12, 2009. The series is overseen by Christopher Yost, who has also contributed to “Wolverine and the X-Men” and various other Marvel Animation projects. This TV series is distinct from the 2007 animated film “The Invincible Iron Man,” featuring a different voice cast, though it shares some story elements and occasionally uses the same musical score. It marks the first Iron Man TV series since the 1994-1996 “Iron Man” series and was launched following the success of the live-action Iron Man movie.

The storyline centers on teenage genius Tony Stark and his superhero alter ego, Iron Man. As Iron Man, Tony employs his technological innovations to combat various high-tech threats. He is supported by his friends, James “Rhodey” Rhodes and Pepper Potts, as they join him on his brave and perilous missions.
