Paradox Lost

Barnaby Bates, an aspiring comedy writer in Los Angeles, is worried about his chances of achieving success. As a result, he distances himself from a growing romantic connection with Rose, a compassionate young photographer, to concentrate on his career. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when a mysterious visitor from the future arrives, cautioning him that the world he knows is on the brink of collapse.
