Not Alone

Motivated by a need to comprehend the reasons behind her best friend’s suicide at the age of 16, 18-year-old Jacqueline Monetta encourages teenagers dealing with mental health issues to open up about their experiences. Through her personal interviews, both Jacqueline and the viewers gain insights into topics such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicide attempts, seeking help, and managing mental health conditions. As these narratives are revealed, they convey to the audience that mental illnesses, much like physical ailments, are treatable and should be addressed.
