My Pretend Girlfriend

Noboru, a high school student who struggles with popularity, admires his senior, Miyazaki, one of the most admired students at their school. Miyazaki is romantically involved with two girls: Momose, who is cheerful, and Tetsuko, a well-liked student from a wealthy background. When Miyazaki is discovered with Momose, he asks Noboru and Momose to pretend they are a couple to maintain his relationship with Tetsuko. Both agree because of their feelings for Miyazaki. As Noboru and Momose continue their charade, Noboru starts to genuinely fall for Momose, who remains in love with Miyazaki.
