Let There Be Zombies

Drew, a geeky teacher, struggles to maintain order in her classroom and often finds herself intimidated by the class bully. Despite the principal’s advice, she remains unable to assert herself, seemingly resigned to a mediocre existence. This all changes with the onset of a zombie apocalypse. As the undead plague spreads rapidly, Drew escapes to the countryside, only to be challenged by her lack of survival skills, the oppressive Texas heat, and, inevitably, the zombies. Drew soon realizes that evading her problems is akin to fleeing from zombies—they will always catch up to you. Throughout her journey, she meets a variety of individuals who both aid and hinder her quest to discover the inner strength necessary to endure these grim times of relentless death and her bothersome new companions.
