When a group of drug-enhanced athletes from the Lakecrest College swim team take a plunge into the campus lake to relax, the leeches lurking beneath the water experience a remarkable change. After consuming traces of the swimmers’ steroid-infused blood, these slippery creatures expand to extraordinary sizes and begin targeting the unsuspecting student body.
