Shotgun Jimmy is a ruthless character. Known for robbing drug dealers and murdering police officers, he wouldn’t hesitate to harm his own grandmother for a bag of cash. With a schizophrenic and psychopathic nature, his only companion is Mary the Shotgun, his dependable pump-action firearm. However, after a violent road-rage incident goes awry, Jimmy ends up shackled in a dark, filthy dungeon, where he reflects on a long-hidden secret from his past.

Tomas Sorescu has led a troubled life. Fond of whiskey, brandy, vodka, rum, or gin, he’d even drink gasoline if it were available. Recently, he made a grave mistake: he crashed his car, resulting in the death of his wife and young daughter. Overwhelmed with guilt, Tomas turns to alcohol for solace. But things take a darker turn when a tall, imposing figure wearing a gas mask rescues him from the wreckage and introduces him to a peculiar place.
