Hibiscus & Ruthless

Hibiscus (played by Suivai Pilisipi Autagavaia, known for her role in the short film Manurewa) and the assertive Ruth (portrayed by Anna-Maree Thomas) have maintained their friendship since their school days. As Hibiscus approaches her last year at university, her overbearing mother insists that she avoid any romantic entanglements. To navigate the distractions posed by a series of interested admirers, Hibiscus turns to Ruth for support.
