Genesis

Inspired by the initial book of the Bible, Genesis offers a grand and lyrical exploration of the dawn of humanity’s connection with the divine. As Jochebed (played by Venus Monique) seeks refuge to shield her son from imminent danger, she recounts the tale of her ancestors throughout a perilous night. The film delves into the notion that humanity will eventually circle back to its origins, though the path will be fraught with challenges, splendor, and an urgent necessity to have faith in the Creator.
