In the remote and desolate town of Flexh, TX, resides the deranged and inbred Barley family. When Donna Parker (Eleni Krimitsos) and her daughter Tabitha Parker (Jada Kline) make a pit stop for gas, they remain unaware of the town’s dark secrets. Tabitha vanishes from the gas station, prompting Donna to seek assistance from the local sheriff (Dale Denton), who turns out to be less reliable than he appears. Convinced that the town’s madness is somehow interconnected, Donna’s search for her daughter intensifies after meeting Sugar Barley (Kathleen Benner), the town’s prostitute.
