Evangerion shin gekijôban: Kyu

Fourteen years after the Third Impact, Shinji Ikari wakes up in a world he no longer recognizes. Despite the passage of time, he remains unchanged. The Earth lies in devastation, Nerv has been disbanded, and those he once defended have now turned against him. Forming a bond with the mysterious Nagisa Kaworu, Shinji resumes his battle against the angels, realizing that the conflict is far from over and may even involve his former comrades. The characters continue to face their own struggles amidst the ongoing battles with the angels and each other, leading to a potential apocalypse. The film was renamed “Evangelion: 3.33” for its DVD/Blu-ray release.
