Dia of the Dead

On the Mexican Day of the Dead, young Chiqui deeply longs for his mother. Two years prior, she departed in the dead of night to venture into The Beyond, a fantastical realm of the deceased, where an annual talent competition is held to name the Greatest Singer Beyond the Beyond. Chiqui’s mother, Julieta, is a luchadora with aspirations of becoming the most famous singer of all time. Eager to join his mother on stage during her performance, Chiqui embarks on a journey with his father, the formidable luchador Papa Diego, to discover The Beyond and reunite their family.
