Copycat

After 16 years of serving the community’s printing needs, Copycat is set to close its doors. On this last day of operations, the store manager, Sam, guides his team through a wild and unpredictable day. The staff will entertain a variety of intriguing customers. Throughout this final day, they will meet two aspiring rappers who have had a mishap with a tattoo artist, a duo of local celebrity Cougars on the hunt, a waitress from “The Wiener Shack” with a significant secret, and a formidable contender for Bob’s karaoke title. Lyssa, the copier technician, finds herself at the heart of the chaos as she dismantles the equipment. Joe, a homeless man who sees Copycat as “the home he doesn’t have,” will need to find a new place. As the staff contemplates their future, the day’s events unfold with discussions on topics like UFOs, Chupacabras, and the potential Zombie Apocalypse. The day will conclude with an epic karaoke showdown.
