In this contemporary adaptation of Shakespeare’s Othello, the story unfolds in East London’s vibrant music industry. Oz and Ivan, who have been friends and music collaborators for years, find their relationship tested when Oz is presented with a lucrative recording deal. Choosing to pursue this opportunity alone, Oz decides to part ways with Ivan professionally. Feeling betrayed, Ivan’s anger grows, leading him to devise a scheme to sabotage Oz’s career and have him removed from the label. This betrayal ignites a spiral of jealousy and paranoia in Oz, ultimately leading to tragic outcomes.
