Mary Jane, a young biologist specializing in the study of moths and butterflies, leads a life that is far from ideal, but she cherishes her son, whom she sees as perfect. When a devastating event shatters her world, Mary Jane’s life is thrown into chaos. Seeking refuge from her troubled reality, she retreats to a remote wilderness project.
