April Apocalypse

Artie is the epitome of a stereotypical trailer park resident, lacking any drive or ambition. At school, he’s the target of everyone’s jokes and silently carries the weight of being a virgin. His life takes a turn when April, his closest friend since kindergarten and the girl he’s secretly in love with, moves out of state. Three years pass before Artie musters the courage to hit the road and confess his feelings to her. However, a car accident leaves him waking up in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. This time, Artie refuses to cower in fear. His love for April doesn’t give him wings, but it does fuel his determination to fight his way through the chaos to reach her. He must act quickly, as the bite on his hand could mean the difference between sharing a romantic kiss with April or turning into a threat to her life.
