Five young individuals find themselves waking up deceased, having been carried ashore by the tide. They make their way to a deserted beach house, where they quickly come to understand that the endless darkness and sudden bursts of agony indicate they might be in a form of hell. Amidst internal conflicts and assaults from a sinister shadowy entity, they start to remember the nightclub disaster that led them to this place. As they piece together their memories, they begin to see a glimmer of hope for redemption through two enigmatic paintings in the cabin.
