A Hole in One

After her brother Bobby comes back from World War II with psychological trauma, Anna faces the challenge of dealing with her parents, who refuse to recognize Bobby’s presence, leading to his admission to a psychiatric facility. Following his unexpected death, Anna starts to doubt her own mental stability. The behavior of her mobster boyfriend, Billy, exacerbates her situation, leading her to believe that undergoing a lobotomy is the sole path to her “recovery.”
