A batalha de Tabatô

Fatu’s father has come back to Guinea-Bissau from Portugal for her wedding. Fatu, a university lecturer, is set to marry a famous musician. The ceremony is planned to be held in Tabatô, a village renowned for its musical heritage. During their journey, it becomes clear that the father is deeply affected by the trauma he endured as a soldier in the colonial war many years ago.
